Engagements begin with a diagnostic conversation. Most start from one of three recognisable situations.
CEZ Consulting works with a small number of executives at any one time. The way in is a diagnostic conversation, a direct discussion of where your operating model is getting in the way of the outcomes you need. No pitch, no funnel, no obligation.
Where these conversations usually start
Most begin from one of three places. One of them will probably sound like your situation.
A decision that does not fit a project plan. You are about to commit to a direction, and the only people you can test it against either report to you or are selling to you.
A major change already in motion. It is funded and moving, and you can already see it solving the technology while leaving the operating model that will reject it untouched.
A programme that has stalled for reasons no one can name. The third pilot has stopped at the same place as the first two, and “a delivery problem” is no longer a convincing explanation.
What a useful first message looks like
You do not need to make a case or arrive with a brief. A few lines is enough for me to come back with something specific rather than generic: where the constraint is showing up, whether in decision speed, governance, or production adoption; what has already been tried, and where it stalled; and what outcome is now at stake, and by when.
Start
Start the conversation. The email opens with that structure already in place. Edit it down to whatever is true for you.
